Mythica: The Godslayer continues where Mythica: The Iron Crown leftoff. The first half of the film is brilliant and I was completelyimmersed in the story.
I felt it lost its way though when they were trying to retrieve theHammer of Tek. I just wish that part had made more sense and Tek'scharacter had been given more to say and do. The story begins to makesense again once we leave Tek and the Underworld behind.
I didn't like the ending at first, it reminded me of another film witha similar ending, but I had another think about it and I realised thatit was much smarter than I had first thought. Overall, Mythica: TheGodslayer lived up to my expectations, 8/10.
As the Lich King's zombie legions ravage the world, Marek, a cursed young sorceress, embarks on a quest to obtain a weapon from the gods, with her friend Dagen, a self-serving half-elf rogue. But when she joins her sworn enemy in a desperate attempt to save the world, she must recover the good in herself before her friends are all dead, and defeat the Lich King before the gods are destroyed and the world forever enslaved.
